AI Verifier Agent

Re-checks every draft against its source with multi-model consensus.
Before a person sees a draft, the Verifier Agent checks every statement against the document it came from. Several independent models must agree. Anything they disagree on goes to a person.

Without vs. with

Verifier work, before and after.

Without Qualitum

  • Drafts are checked by the same person who wrote them.
  • One model answers, and nobody checks the model.
  • Hallucinated values reach the reviewer.
  • Review time goes into catching errors, not judging.
  • No record of what was checked.

With the Verifier Agent

  • Every draft checked independently before review.
  • Several models must agree on every statement.
  • Unsourced statements are removed or flagged.
  • Reviewers judge the hard cases, not typos.
  • Every check recorded in the audit trail.
Definition

What an AI verifier agent actually does

An AI verifier agent checks AI-generated content against its sources before a person reviews it. It confirms that every statement is supported by a specific passage and flags anything that is not.

Qualitum’s Verifier Agent uses multi-model consensus: several independent models check each statement, and all must agree. If they disagree, the item goes to a qualified person with both readings shown. It is the reason Qualitum outputs carry no uncited answers.

How it works

Three steps. A person signs at the end.

Step 01

Take the draft

Every draft from the Drafting, Gap or Tender agents passes through verification.

Step 02

Check every statement

Each statement is checked against its source by several models.

Step 03

Escalate or pass

Clean drafts go to review. Disputes go to a person with both readings.

Capabilities

What it does, in detail.

01

Multi-model consensus

Several independent models must agree on each statement.

02

Source check

Every statement tied to a passage, or flagged.

03

Conflict detection

Finds where source documents disagree with each other.

04

Model-agnostic

Runs on the frontier or open models you choose.

05

Recorded

Every check, model and result stored in the audit trail.

06

Human escalation

Disputes go to a qualified person, never auto-resolved.

Outputs

What you get.

Every output links back to its sources and waits for a person to sign.

FAQ

Verifier Agent: short answers.

Why several models?

One model can be confidently wrong. When independent models must agree, errors that one model makes are caught by the others.

Which models does it use?

The ones you choose: frontier or open models, inside your perimeter. Consensus OS sits on top of any model.

Does it replace human review?

No. It removes the errors so your reviewer can focus on judgement. A person still signs.

What happens on a dispute?

The item goes to a qualified person with both readings and their sources. The decision is recorded.

Does the agent approve or sign anything?

No. It prepares and checks. A qualified person on your side reviews, approves and signs every regulated output. Your AI CQO prepares. Your qualified person signs.

Where does our data go?

Nowhere outside your perimeter. Qualitum runs single-tenant inside your cloud or on-prem, with EU, US or UAE residency and air-gap capability. No training on your data, no retention.

Which AI model does it use?

The one you choose. Consensus OS sits on top of any frontier or open model, and the Verifier Agent checks results across several models.
